Bennett, a native of Atlanta, has been working in the food & catering business for most of his life. With a true dedication to his craft, Bennett blends southern hospitality with regionally inspired menu items that have made him a staple in the catering industry.

BBQ is an Art and We're True to the Core
Most people in the BBQ industry cook pork shoulders and butts. We cook whole hams and legs that produce a healthier, leaner meat without sacrificing flavor. Our BBQ is smoked for 16 hours over hickory and pecan wood and all hams are pulled by hand. This handmade process removes fat, skin, and grizzle creating a better culinary experience.
Our thorough processes aren’t the only thing that set us apart. Our BBQ sauce has been in the Brown family for over 70 years and continues to shine as one of our many secret ingredients.
